Directions, Parking and Other Crap

Location

All Mile High Sci-Fi shows are at the Starz Film Center, in the Tivoli Student Center, on the Auraria Campus.  The Tivoli is located across the Auraria Parkway from the Pepsi Center in downtown Denver.  If you don’t know where the Pepsi Center is, you are an idiot - stay home.  From the Auraria Parkway, enter 9th street (opposite Brooklyn’s and the Pepsi Center) and look for the Tivoli.

(It looks a lot like the building the alien in our logo is holding up.  Duh.).

Parking

When you turn on 9th from Auraria Parkway, look for the Tivoli Surface Parking Lot.  You can park there FREE with a paid admission to the Starz Film Center.  Bring your parking ticket stub to the theater box office to have it validated.  Or you can be really cool and take the bus or light rail. 

The RTD Light Rail stops on campus, and RTD busses #2, 12 and 15 all stop on campus.

 

 

Show Times/Tickets

Mile High Sci-Fi now has TWO shows each month.  Friday and Saturday shows are at 8:30.  This means we actually have to start on time for a change, so don’t be late.  Tickets can be purchased in advance via the web by visiting the Denver Film Society’s website at www.denverfilm.org.
